All our hearing services are performed by a qualified HCPC registered audiologist.  Whether it’s an ear wax removal,  or a hearing test,  you can be assured you are working with a professional with 10 years experience within the Audiology industry. 

Ear wax removal

The micro suction technique, performed by our HCPC registered audiologist, uses gentle suction to clear the blocked ear canal. It is much more comfortable and safer in comparison to other methods,  such as syringing.

A thin probe is directed at the ear wax and a gentle suction is applied to remove the troublesome ear wax.

The appointment should last no more than 30 minutes.

Hearing aid consultations

During our Hearing Aid Consultations, our HCPC registered audiologist will perform a full hearing test investigating the health of the ears and any hearing loss that may be present. We will explain the results and nature of any hearing loss that was detected during testing.

The audiologist will discuss the appropriate treatment options that are available, be it a referral to an ENT department  (if necessary), or a discussion regarding the different types of hearing aid technology that is available.

By the end of this appointment, you will have been provided with as much information as possible regarding hearing loss and hearing aid technology options , so you can make an informed choice regarding the treatment of your hearing loss that is best for you.

We are proudly independent with no direct ties or ownership by any hearing aid manufacturers. This means we can provide unbiased information about the various hearing aid technologies that are available for you to choose from.
